Valentine's Day

This was such a crazy day. For starters, we all have been sick. Gregg took off today to go to the doctors, to come back with bronchitis. Hopefully with an antibiotic, he will be able to kick it pretty soon. We also had someone coming out to do some repair work on 2 of our interior walls, the walls that the company had torn up while putting up new wood on the exterior of our house. Then we find out that we need an additional 1200 work done on the exterior of our house. Happy Valentine's Day to us.
The night before, I was busy putting the finishing touches on Olivia's outfit for Valentine's Day! I had found this shirt at target on clearance...so I just cut up some old knit fabrics that I had on hand to make the hearts...the buttons came off an old pair of p.j.s. I like how it turned out.

I was glad that Gregg took off because that meant I could help out at Olivia's party. It is so fun to see these kindergarteners excited!
Smile!

Making candy necklaces.

The green table.

So to help celebrate our Valentine's day, I had picked up to Papa Murphy's heart pizzas. That is all the kiddos have talked about since picking them up. From dealing with Simon and the stress about the house, the new t.v. wasn't working, and at&t not only messed up our bill, but was messing up our ports. I just put the pizza in the oven...only to find out about 10 minutes later, it was on fire. Like panic, the pizza is on fire...go get the extinguisher. Total mom fail. Good thing we were not the only ones eating at McDonald's for valentines. By the time we were done with Olivia's gymnastics class, I was ready for the day to be over with. Now, how do I clean an oven?

Let's try this again

Well, as the new year came around, I had wanted to start up the blog again...see how well I've been doing? I'd love to be able to document what I've been working on, any new items for Sassy B Creations, and whatever the kids are up to...let's see how well I do.

Sassy B Creations

Well, I guess that I should show what Sassy B Creations is. I love to crochet, and more importantly, I LOVE to create. There is something about having a tangible object that I can use in just a few hours. So, as I started off with trying to create an adorable hat for Olivia, I had posted it on FB, and then orders started pouring in. Eventually, Sassy B Creations was born.
This is a hot seller! Also one of my favorites!!

This is another big one that sells a lot! It is a favorite too!

Grey and Pink, a classic color!!

These are just a few! Come check out Sassy B Creations

Checking to see if this works

I don't know how to link things, but want to, so I'm going to try to see if it works.

Check out Sassy B Creations

I'm trying to build up my store, so check out what I have created!

Snow, snow, go away!!!

I don't know about you, but I am ready for Old Man Winter to leave. I'm ready to see green grass, blue skies, the sun shining, and to be outside enjoying it all! Riding bikes, leaving the windows open, spring can't come fast enough.

And these two are ready to go fishing!!

Busy, Busy, Busy!!

Wow has time flown by. It is hard to believe that it is mid September already. On my early morning walks, it is so evident that fall is starting to arrive. I love the crispness in the mornings, and the leaves that have fallen. There is something renewing about the change of seasons. God knew what he was doing, for sure. This past month has been so busy! Here are a few things we have been up to:
Simon turned two!!

We had a wedding, and I made Olivia's dress...yay!

And I've been crocheting like a mad woman to prepare for some craft fairs...well, maybe one.

And a preschool field trip, but that will be for another day.
